Open the zipped folder, hit "setup.exe", allow the application to install and run, compatible with any windows OS.
To Remove, go to > Control Panel > Add/Remove > Select NoughtsAndCrosses > Remove
Please note, this is a console application, yes, it's intended to be like that since it's testing the AI rather than going for looks :)
