DCAmp v1.2

By MaSOuD on Jan 08, 2009

  • You can control the Winamp from your mIRC Toolbar. In Settings there's an Announcer option,
it's up to you whether use it or not.

  • Winamp Toolbar NOTE: It works with the original mIRC's toolbar, if you have any custom
toolbar it won't work... (Or you can modify it and add these items to your own Toolbar.)

You can download the full package from [HERE](http://deadcell.eu5.org/mSL/DCAmp v1.2.rar)

  • Iota doesn't know why you use the script through the bot when its easier to just get the script from winamp's site that has everything

Unfortunately, MDX's TreeView does not work on mIRC v7+.
I'll try to publish an update soon.

i added it all in properly, it gave me this >>

DC Winamp control was successfully Loaded!
To use it type: /DCAmp also you can find it by Menus...

it didnt do anything else nor did it work, i checked the settings and the list was there (settings, toolbar, and stuff) but the settings in the sections were not there, it was just an empty box for each section

im using version 7.19, hopefully its a simple fix in the script to get it working on this version because i could really use it :)

Make this easier to use. It took forever to figure out how to get it to even find the path. I still cant get it to work.

nah, this is an addon to Play/Stop/Next/.... your Winamp and also get the current playing song from it... That's all.

so you put this in a bot? bah this is boring :s

 Respond
MaSOuD   -  Jul 07, 2009

Yea, sure.

Open the Winamp settings, goto 'Winamp Path' section, press 'Set it' button. It'll open a window for you which able you to set the Winamp directory. Goto your installed winamp directory and select the 'Winamp.exe' and press 'Open' button. If you'd set the right path you will see a message like this: 'Thank You!' and when you see this message you can press the 'OK' button on the winamp settings and you are done, otherwise you must do it again...

I hope this will useful for you :)

My dear, you must add NETWORK not server. and make sure you've enabled the Announcer checkbox.

Did you downloaded the ZIP file? Because the above codes needs some DLLs & Images to run and I put them on that zip file...
Btw, Updated. check it again...

MaSOuD: I'm ashamed to say it, but i'm an iTunes user.. ever since i bought my iPod touch i've had to use it and now i guess i'm just use to it. i use to use winamp because it worked really well. but itunes' clean layout has won it for me :P

You can load and use it on Normal script or anything else, like your mIRC bot.
So, you can test it on a Normal 'mIRC' (without any addons) and make sure its correctness.

yes i know ybbot is not yours. i run the bot as a channel controller hence why i wanted the winamp script to go on it. i cannot use it on my own script as it is a heavily modified and customised Kickchat$cript

If your mean about this: "is this possible or is it only made for your DC mBOT" was the 'dC wC' it's just a winamp controller for mIRC. why you need to load it on a mIRC bot? You can use it on your normal script or anything like that...
And that bot which you said 'ybbot' was not mine, i didn't wrote it :)
This is my bot: http://www.mircscripts.org/comments.php?cid=4144

nothing would configure with the bot. i am not sure if it is the actual bot itself though causing the issue. the bot i using is Yourbot IRC Bot (ybbot)

i couldnt get the script to work for some reason. not sure if it is because i have loaded it onto the Yourbot IRC bot script or not but i cannot get it configured. the bot sits on mirc 6.35 and runs on the unrealircd server. i also cannot work out how to set the server on it either as i am on a unique one heh.. can you IM me MaSOuD please to help me set the script up
